There are not industrial areas or factories. There are only family homes, shops, bakeries and the like. There are no fighters, terrorists or gunmen in Baba Amr, just thousands of civilians and a few lightly armed army defectors who vowed to protect the neighborhood and its inhabitants under the banner of the Free Syrian Army.
