Algerian Anwar Malek (@anwarmalek) a staunch human rights supporter and former Arab League Observer in Syria before he quit in disgust as Asasd continued to massacre the people of Syria posted this on his twitter account last night.

The left photo is from a trip organized by Assad’s regime to the prison in Homs where the Arab League Observers were taken to ‘observe the humane conditions’ that the prisoners lived under. The man who Assad’s regime said was a ‘terrorist responsible for planting bombs and kidnapping soldiers and civilians’ told Anwar Malek that he was treated very well …etc. 

The right photo shows the exact same man only a day later at a pro-Assad rally. The man, as all Syrians knew, was an actor for Assad’s regime. Just as most of the people used in videos after Assad’s forces commit massacres to claim that ‘terrorists did it’ or in areas of shelling to claim that ‘everything is normal’

Even when Assad lies … he does so badly.
