***GRAPHIC*** ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC INJURIES TO THESE CHILDREN AT THE HANDS OF ASSAD’S FORCES. Aleppo: Aug 21, 2012 - A comatose little girl lies on the gurney, she appears to be bleeding from somewhere. Then a little boy with glasses is brought in, he must lay next to her as there is no room in the small, dirty, understaffed and undersupplied make-shift clinic. The boy’s right forearm is almost gone, you can see the bone. Once he’s moved the little girl next to him is turned onto her stomach, the wound is now revealed … an absolutely horrific sight, bone, flesh and blood all protruding from her back and shoulder.

I do not know if she survived or not…
