Homs (Arab Spring): Oct 22, 2012 - All questions that one who does not know what is happening in Syria may ask. the answer is simple. Terror. That is Assad’s goal. Homs is a town of ghosts. Those that remain are too poor too leave, or too defiant to have Assad make them leave. Yet Assad’s forces continue to bomb the city every single day.

Are their people living in this home? Have they left? Are they dead? Did they die months ago? Or did they die in this attack? No one cares anymore … to you, dead Syrians are just a number.
